6.1 Shipping to P.O. Boxes
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses for large products such as computer monitors and TVs. Please provide a physical address when placing your order.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and images of the damaged products and packaging. We will assess the situation and offer you a replacement or refund as appropriate.
